Well it features a Lenzi Puncture resistant plate so you do not have to worry about anything coming up through the sole of the boot into your foot and still gives you plenty of flexibility.  Made with a lightweight composite toe safety cap, you do not have any extra weight of steel, yet you have the same protected rating as steel, but not the weight.  Made with an 8 inch upper of full grain leather, a waterproof membrane to keep out any water you may run into, add to that a removable dual density polyurethane insole that gives excellent comfort and support and 600 grams of Thinsulate insulation for warmth in those cold days.  Since this boot is designed to keep you comfortable in wet and cold conditions, the Avenger 7573 also boasts an oil and slip resistant rubber outsole to keep you on your feet.
