Rogan's Shoes has the right to refuse any order placed on this website. Rogan's Shoes will not ship merchandise to other retailers, outlet stores or any business that ships internationally.
Shoes that are shipped directly from the manufacturer can only be shipped within the continental United States. We are sorry, but there are no other shipping services allowed, including shipping to military addresses.
*Free Shipping is on orders $50 OR MORE (after all discounts have been applied) and is available on all shoes and merchandise shipped to the 48 continental United States located south of the Canadian border and the District of Columbia. Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii there will be a shipping charge of $12.00 per item. Most of our merchandise ships from one of our over 30 retail store locations.
Canada orders - There will be a shipping charge of $25.00 per item sent to Canada. All items will be shipped via the US Post Office. The following brands, and all Direct Orders from the Manufacturer, are not allowed to be shipped to Canada: Under Armour, Minnetonka, UGG's, Patagonia, Jessica Simpson, Isola, FitFlop, Mizuno, Reef, Teva, Keen Utility and Keen.
We are sorry, but we do not ship other than to the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada.
You will be sent an automated email once your order is scheduled to be shipped. Be sure to have firstname.lastname@example.org in your safe senders list so our automated emails are not placed in either your junk or spam folders by your email provider. Depending on the shipping method, the tracking number or delivery confirmation number may not show any status updates for 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. The Free Shipping method is either USPS, UPS or SpeeDee Delivery and is determined based on the items ordered or your delivery address.
Refused Delivery Fee
If a customer refuses to take delivery of an order, the customer will be charged to ship the order back to rogansshoes.com.
Rogan's Shoes does not guarantee a customer's receipt of any package after it is delivered to the customer's address. We cannot control the delivery methods of the U.S. Postal Service, Military Postal Service or United Parcel Service. All carriers leave packages unattended at door steps, porches and back doors. It is critical that you take steps to secure your packages when they are delivered. If you do not receive a package and believe that it was lost or stolen, please contact our online customer service. We will try to assist you in finding any misplaced packages.

Methods of Shipping:
1. SpeeDee Delivery. Orders in the Midwest may be shipped via SpeeDee Delivery. Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 business days after shipping.
2. Shipping via UPS Ground - Orders will usually be delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping. There is no weekend delivery with this option.
3. Shipping via US Postal Service - This method of shipping will be used for shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO shipments and Canadian orders. Orders will be shipped via priority mail. The United States Postal Service delivery times are only approximate time frames AFTER the normal 1 to 3 days of processing of the order. These are not guaranteed delivery times.
4. UPS Next Day Delivery - Orders must be received by 2:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. If the order is placed after the cutoff time on Friday, the order will be processed on the following Monday. This option is available for shipping within the 48 continental United States located south of the Canadian border, plus the District of Columbia. You will be charged for shipping if this option is chosen during the checkout process. This shipping method is NOT AVAILABLE for any direct orders from manufacturers, any orders sent to military addresses, or any location outside the 48 continental United States located south of the Canadian border and the District of Columbia. Orders containing multiple items are subject to review and may not be shipped using this selected shipping method.
5. UPS - 2nd DayAir - Orders must be received by 2:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. If the order is placed on a Friday after the cutoff time, the order will be processed the following Monday. This option is available for shipping within the 48 United States located south of the Canadian border and the District of Columbia. You will be charged for shipping if this option is chosen during the checkout process. Shipments using this method usually arrive the second business day after shipping. This shipping method is NOT AVAILABLE for any direct orders from manufacturers, any orders sent to military addresses, or any location outside the 48 United States located south of the Canadian border and the District of Columbia. Orders containing multiple items are subject to review and may not be shipped using this selected shipping method.
Estimated shipping times do not include a processing time of 1-3 business days after your order is received by Rogan's Shoes unless UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air is selected as the shipping method. The processing time may be longer if the shoes or merchandise you ordered are in multiple shipping locations or not in stock when we received your order. Most orders usually leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after processing. Rogan's Shoes does not guarantee how long it will take for you to receive any shipment. We cannot control the shipping speed of the U.S. Postal Service, Military Postal Service or United Parcel Service. The time it will take to receive a shipment to an APO/FPO military address varies greatly and is especially difficult to predict.

Sorry, the cost of shipping any items to you is not refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. Rogan's Shoes does not offer free return shipping on orders. Refused packages will be charged $7.99 for the return postage incurred by Rogan's Shoes by refusing the package.
Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip when you return the shoes or merchandise to us. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund for returning worn shoes or merchandise to us.

Print the shipping label and tape it to the original shipping box that contained the shoes or merchandise we sent you. Place the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging that contained the shoes or merchandise that we shipped to you, and securely tape the box shut. Returning Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes Location
You can return new and unworn shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging at the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you within 30 days after the date of your purchase. Just bring in the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging, and the receipt to any Rogan's Shoes location. You can always log back into your account and print any of your orders by going to the My Account page and clicking on the order number. As our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, you have 365 days after the date of your purchase to return shoes or merchandise to us (IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION) with the original shoe box and packaging) for an exchange. Under no circumstances will you receive an exchange for returning worn shoes or merchandise to us.
There is only ONE FREE EXCHANGE per order. We also reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges per customer.

Free Exchanges are for only in-stock shoes or merchandise. If a customer desires to exchange shoes or merchandise that were special ordered directly from the manufacturer, the cost of shipping the exchanged item back will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are easy. We will find the style or size that is needed to fulfill your exchange request and we will send the item to you at our expense if your exchange is a free exchange. If the new exchanged item is lower in price than the original item, we will credit your credit card for the difference in price between the two items. If the new exchanged item is higher in price than the original item, your charge card will be charged for the difference in price between the two items.
To Make an Exchange
1. Call 1-800-976-4267 to have us email you a UPS pre-paid return shipping label. This label will enable you to return the shoes or merchandise to us for free. The pre-paid exchange label is only available to customers in the 48 Continental United States located south of Canada, and customers located outside that area must pay the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.
2. Print the shipping label and tape it to the original shipping box that contained the shoes or merchandise we sent you. Place the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging that came with the shoes or merchandise that was shipped to you, and securely tape the box shut. Take the package to your local UPS store or nearest UPS drop-off. If you need to find the most convenient UPS location, please call 1-800-742-5877 or visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff. We will process your exchange within one week after the date we receive your package. If you use the label we send you, all shipping charges will be billed to Rogan's Shoes. If you ship the package back to us without using our label, you will have to pay the shipping charges, and it is recommended that you insure your package or send it with delivery tracking and confirmation.
If we send you a UPS label for the exchange, you can use that tracking number to track the progress of your shipment. Look for "UPS Label Delivery" in the subject line. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please check your email filters.
Exchanging Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes location: You may also exchange new and unworn shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging at the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you within 30 days after the date of your purchase. Just bring your receipt and the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging to any Rogan's Shoes location. Price Match Policy
If you purchase shoes from Rogansshoes.com and anytime within 7 days after your purchase you find the same shoes cheaper online from a competitor of Rogan's Shoes (including shipping charges and taxes that would be charged by the competitor), then Rogan's will gladly match the online competitor's price within the United States plus shipping charges and taxes.
To Receive Your Price Adjustment
1. This Price Match Policy does not apply to any price on any website, including RogansShoes.com, that is (a) having a closeout sale, a timed or limited time 'Flash Sale', auction, bankruptcy sale or going out of business sale, (b) selling items via a marketplace (such as Amazon.com or Sears.com), or (c) selling at a price below our cost of the item. This guarantee also does not apply to the sale of any UGG products.
2. Some products may not be price matched due to Manufacturer's restrictions.
3. Order the item that you want from Rogan's Shoes.com.
4. Provide us with your Rogan's Shoes order confirmation number and the website where we can find the lower price for the same shoes and what the competitor would have charged to ship the shoes to you and the taxes you would have been charged (i.e. URL of a competitor site).
5. We will view the competitor's website and verify the price and country of origin (Rogan's Shoes will only attempt to price match online retailers in the United States) for the same shoes and any shipping charges and taxes that you would have been charged had you purchased the shoes from the competitor. We will process your price adjustment if the combined price of the same shoes plus shipping charges and taxes are in fact lower on the competitor's website than the combined price you were charged by Rogan's Shoes for your online purchase of the same shoes plus shipping charges and taxes.
6. We will then notify you by email of the amount of the price adjustment and let you know the exact total of your purchase.

The item must be in stock on the competitor's site located in the United States and is the exact same color, style number, size and width as your rogansshoes.com purchase. Sorry, we will not price match from any website, including RogansShoes.com, that is (a) having a closeout sale, a timed or limited time 'Flash Sale', auction, bankruptcy sale or going out of business sale, (b) selling items via a marketplace (such as Amazon.com or Sears.com), or (c) selling at a price below our cost of the item. This policy also does not apply to the sale of any UGG products. Price differences attributable to differences in the cost of shipping and/or taxes are not included in the Price Match Policy and you will be given no price adjustment for such differences (for example, you will not receive a price adjustment if the price for the shoes on the competitor's site is higher than the price charged by Rogan's Shoes, but the competitor charged less for shipping and/or taxes than Rogan Shoes). Price differences will be calculated on the final price of your purchase, including shipping and taxes.
