Order Status

The best way to check the status of your order, is to create an account. This way you can log into your account and see your previous orders and whether or not your order was shipped.

If you do not wish to create an account, you can always call the customer service team at 1-800-976-4267 and they will ask you a few questions to find your order and then update you on the status of your order.
