Holiday Shipping Information

Rogan's Shoes has the right to refuse any order placed on this website and any sale to a reseller.  Rogan's Shoes will not ship merchandise to other retailers, outlet stores, mail forwarding companies or any business that ships internationally.

Free Ground Shipping is on all orders of $49.99 OR MORE (excluding any state sales tax and after all discounts have been applied). Orders less than $49.99 that are sent to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00.

Items subject to free shipping will be shipped via ground non-expedited shipping by FedEx, USPS or SpeeDee Delivery. The shipper is selected by Rogan's Shoes based on the items ordered and/or delivery address. The customer will be charged for any expedited shipping, such as next day delivery or second day delivery, that the customer requests. 

Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories. The shipping charges for items sent to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories will be shown at checkout.  

We are sorry, but we do not ship to locations other than the United States, District of Columbia and the U.S. territories.

Orders shipped directly from a manufacturer can only be shipped by ground non-expedited shipping. In some instances, direct shipping will not be available for certain addresses, such as military addresses.

You will be sent an automated email once your order is scheduled to be shipped.  Be sure to have online@rogansshoes.com in your safe senders list so that our automated emails are not placed in your junk or spam folders by your email provider. Depending on the shipping method, the tracking number or delivery confirmation number may not show any status updates until 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. 

If a customer refuses to take delivery of an order, the customer will be charged to ship the order back to rogansshoes.com.

Rogan's Shoes does not guarantee a customer's receipt of a package after it is delivered to the customer's address. We cannot control the delivery methods of the U.S. Postal Service, Military Postal Service, SpeeDee Delivery or Federal Express. Our carriers will not call or text when a package is delivered and will leave packages unattended at doorsteps, porches and backdoors. It is critical that you take steps to secure your packages when they are delivered. 

Shipping Deadlines for X-Mas Delivery

  • Online Items Only - Shipments that are for direct order, denoted by the banner stating Available Online Only, cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas since these items ship directly from the manufacturer.
  • Estimated shipping times do not include a processing time of 1-3 business days after your order is received by Rogan's Shoes unless FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day Air is selected as the shipping method. The processing time may be longer if the shoes or merchandise you ordered are in multiple shipping locations or not in stock when we received your order. Most orders usually leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after processing. Rogan's Shoes does not guarantee how long it will take for you to receive any shipment. We cannot control the shipping speed of the U.S. Postal Service, Military Postal Service, Speedy Delivery or FedEx Shipping Service. The time it will take to receive a shipment to an APO/FPO military address varies greatly and is especially difficult to predict.
