Bates' GX X2 mens waterproof tactical boots are built to protect you from Mother Nature's wrath. Yet the DRYGuard+™ waterproofing technology does not just block rain and sleet. It also meets the ASTM F1671 standard for blood-borne pathogen protection. Since stormy weather also typically causes slippery surfaces, the boots additionally come with X-Traction outsoles that feature wet-traction siping along with multi-directional lugs.
