I was searching everywhere for the Globe Octave Rodney Mullen's and no matter where I went, they were sold out! I just happen to find Rogan's during my search and was pleasantly surprised when I was told by customer service that they were in stock! I immediately placed my order and two days later, they were on my door step! These are the most comfortable and well built skate shoes I have ever worn and believe me, I have worn many over the years. Shopping with Rogan's online and in store is always pleasant. The Wausau, WI store is always so helpful in person and over the phone. Their customer service is what keeps us coming back to Rogan's and using the website if they do not have something in store we are looking for. I know if there were ever any issues the staff at the Wausau, WI location would be willing to help me out. For this order, I have ordered direct off the website and shipping to my home, I am confident it will be as easy and quick as working with the store when they order a shoe in a different size or color from another location. You all went above and beyond to help me locate and receive the EXACT pair of Nike spikes we needed for my daughter!  After 6 months of searching, umpteen phone calls to nearly every sporting goods store in Ohio, a phone call to Nike themselves, 5 pair of "tried and returned" spikes (many overnighted from various states), running all of indoor and half of outdoor in a pair of spikes that held 1 spike in the left shoe and 3 spikes in the right... And many disappointed looks when the "shoe didn't fit right"... WE FINALLY FOUND THE EXACT SHOE AT ROGAN'S!!  Your staff was amazing in listening to what we needed, attentive to making sure it was the right shoe, getting it out in a timely manner... And finally.... Following through.  When we returned home last night from the track meet, there was a message from your store verifying we received the spikes in time for my daughter's meet! As a Senior this year... It was important to her to run her heart out in front of the "Home Crowd"... She did just that...  My husband and I ran her spikes in to the meet, tossed them to a coach through a gate, her friends helped her load the spikes, the officials waited while she laced up... And off she went.  She anchored the 4x800 relay team to first, she took first place in the 1600 meter run with a smoking 5:20 and anchored the 4x400 meter relay team to a victory! A night she will remember.  She can't wait to run the 3200 meter on Saturday in these babies!

So, thank you again for caring enough to hear how important this was to us.  That's some serious (and much appreciated) customer service!  You helped this family create a memory that may well be a story told for years to come! The entire school knows the saga of Bella's spike search... And now she can just get down to business and RUN! (And maybe break a school record or two in the process!)  :)

I am a first time customer of Rogan's Shoes and will likely be a return customer. A major brand of athletic footwear had come out with a new style shoe that I was very interested in. It is designed specifically for obstacle races and I had one coming up. I kept checking the local stores but no one seemed to be carrying that model yet. I had some coupons to order from a store’s website, but they had very few sizes available and of course not mine. Prior to ordering directly from the manufacturer, I entered the shoe model and my size in a search engine and Rogan Shoes popped up. I figured when I placed my order online I would be told the shoe was back ordered so I called the toll free number. The very friendly person on the phone told me that they were indeed in stock and would be shipped as soon as I decided to order. In addition to free shipping the shoes were just shy of $20 cheaper than the manufacture’s website! The free shipping was UPS and I received my shoes in just a few days! Thanks for a good deal, a quick transaction and great service.

This is the first time I have ever ordered from Rogan's Shoes and I would have to say, I am very please. I received the shoes a day earlier than expected - always a plus. I first purchased a pair of these back in 2008 and I absolutely loved them! Six yours later trying to find another pair seemed almost impossible. The other places I looked online for these shoes, they were either out completely or had very few sizes. Rogan's had EVERY size available! I was elated! Although, I haven't worn these particular shoes much yet, my old ones were fantastic. What I have worn them, they are great - just like my old ones. They wear very well...like I said, my old ones are 6 years old and I wore them almost every single day. I always worried about the elastic becoming stretched out because of no laces. There was a tiny bit of give, but nothing no other leather shoe would give. They are very comfortable - probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I highly recommend them. Also, I have a narrow foot, but it's flat. Some shoes are uncomfortable because the arch is too high, these are not. I will be ordering from them again and hopefully, this time it won't be another 6 years! P.S. Rogan's also has a fabulous return policy if you need to return anything...win, win...can't go wrong there!

I contacted your phone order line on 12/18 at exactly 2:00pm CST to inquire about a pair of boots for my daughter. I had looked everywhere for them with no luck locally, and with every other vendor online wanting me to pay for express shipping to get them for Christmas I was about to give up. However, I just happened to blindly do a google search for the boots and about halfway down the page was listed "Rogan's Shoes". I figured what the heck and clicked the link. The first thing I saw at the top of the page was a banner that said "Order by 2:00pm on Dec. 18th and get delivery by Christmas. Free shipping". Then I looked down the page and saw the boots for almost twenty dollars cheaper than almost everyone else. Unfortunately, it was exactly 2:00pm here in Missouri. So, to make a short story long. I called your order line (which was answered almost immediately) and asked if I could still get the "by Christmas" delivery. I don't remember the name of the young man that helped me, but he searched diligently through your shipping guidelines and told me that if everything went right, I should get them on Christmas eve. Deliveries seldom go right and I had never ordered from you as a baseline to guess from. But I decided I'd give it a shot since your phone guy was trying so hard and the price was right. I'm not cheap but I am frugal. I actually received the boots two days before Christmas. After I opened the package I was also very happy to read your returns policy. To make a long story longer. I have a new source for buying shoes online. I've already emailed your website information to over a dozen of my friends and family and actually posted your homepage on the board at work. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They let me know there was a smaller size and I ordered it. (This was after I had looked at several local stores....Belk, Marshall, Ross, ect...and even ordered from a different online store which was horrible experience!) After they took my order information, I was told it would be a backorder I started searching around and came across your site and lower price. I asked Bass Pro Shops for a price match. After a lot of back and forth with them about needing a physical location for you and how they would need to put my order on hold and send the info to their price match department, I told them to cancel my order and that I would take a chance on Rogan Shoes. Well it started out with a decent pair of shoes (not name brand but cute) went kaput the first week of school. My daughter saw an ad for a local shoe store and picked out her favorite Skecher's "Light Ray Sparkle Party." She's had Sketcher's shoes before and they last (not to mention how bright the Twinkle Toes shine). So I was okay with getting Skecher's again. Before I drove to every Shoe Carnival in the area to find her size in the exact style she wanted from their current ad, I called around and none of their stores had them in stock some had never even heard of them. My daughter was heart broken. I hopped online and Googled: Skecher's Light Ray Sparkle Party. I found this shoe store I'd never heard of and not only did they have her size but they were less expensive than the local store had them on their ad. I ordered with ease and here I am two days later with the coolest pair of Skecher's for my awesome six year old to rock around town. I sure wish you had a location in O'Fallon, MO (population 80,000...lots of feet here, wink) but until then you'll be shipping my household some new shoes every time we need them. I just called your toll-free number and spoke with Tara about the availability of Men's shoes in size 15 N. She was so pleasant and helpful that I wanted to let you know that she represents your company name in a friendly and most professional manner. She located 3 pair of shoes and has arranged to have the sent to the Waukegan store for me. She explained that the Red Wing steel toed shoes could not be purchased on-line unless the customer had been fitted in the store. She went above and beyond the help I expected, having the shoes shipped from two different locations for me. She also mentioned the BOGO half off that is only offered in your stores, but not on-line. HI! Just received my order. I am sooo pleased! I already own a pair of Baretraps Outsee and get so many complements on them. They look really cute and are very comfortable. A little wedge gives some height with stability to me since I can no longer wear heels due to a hip replacement 4 years ago. (I'm only 53 though so I didn't want anything that makes me look OLD, ha ha) I'd been looking for another pair but couldn't find them in the stores.
