Surprisingly, you can wear these boots for a few hours without your feet hurting. Unlike most dress boots, these have a sturdy heel, so you don't roll your ankle as much. If you need to go out in the muck, but don't want to bring another pair of shoes to change in to, I would recommend these. Just make sure to wipe off that muck or grime when you can so you can keep these looking nice.
