I bought these boots a few weeks ago and have worn them almost every day since. They are comfortable, with nice support in the heel and arch, and they have a nice rugged outsole. They are a bit heavy, but that's only a small issue. These boots are both waterproof and insulated. My feet used to freeze in the winter, but the boots keep them nice and warm. Although I've only used them for everyday wear, I would definitely wear these for hiking or a similar activity also. These are excellent boots, and I plan on wearing them a long time.
