If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 365 days after the date of your purchase for a refund. All returns must be in new and unworn condition and sent in the original box and packaging. Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the original price you paid for the shoes or merchandise you purchased less the cost to ship the item back to us. Sorry, the cost of shipping any items to you is not refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. Rogans Shoes does not offer free return shipping on orders. Refused packages will be charged $7.99 for the return postage incurred by Rogan Shoes by refusing the package.
Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip when you return the shoes or merchandise to us. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund for returning worn shoes or merchandise to us.
Enclosed with your order is a return/exchange sheet. Please use that sheet to enable us to process your return faster after it is received by us. If you did not receive one with your order, you can download it here

To have a pre-paid return shipping label emailed to you, please call our toll free number, 1-800-976-4267. The pre-paid FedEx shipping labels are only available for orders in the Continental United States. Please Note: $7.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your pre-paid return shipping label or sending any package returned marked as 'Refused' back to Rogan's Shoes. If you do not need a pre-paid return label emailed to you, please ship your return to the address below.
Print the shipping label and tape it to the original shipping box that contained the shoes or merchandise we sent you. Place the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging that contained the shoes or merchandise that we shipped to you, and securely tape the box shut. Take the package to your local Post Office (if you are sending the package back through the Post Office), FedEx store or nearest FedEx drop-off. If you need to find the most convenient FedEx location, please call 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339) or visit http://www.FedEx.com/dropoff. We also recommend that you insure your package or send it with delivery tracking and confirmation.
We will credit your account within one week after the date we receive your package. Please note: you may not see the credit on your account immediately. Most banks take up to 7 to 10 business days to transfer funds on a credit.

Returning Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes location:
You can return new and unworn shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging at the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you within 30 days after the date of your purchase. Just bring in the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging, and the receipt to any Rogan's Shoes location. You can always log back into your account and print any of your orders by going to the My Account page and clicking on the order number.
