Exchanges
As our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, you have 365 days to return merchandise to us (in new condition with the original box and packaging) for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are easy and free here's how to get started.
Make an exchange online:
- Place an order for the new item you wish to purchase (you don't have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order).
- After you complete your purchase, call 1-800-976-4267 to have either a UPS or USPS return label emailed to you.
- Print your FREE pre-paid return shipping label that you will receive in your email.
- When we receive your exchange, we'll issue a credit for the original purchase.

Just give us a call at 1-800-976-4267and our expert Customer Service Agents will help you with the exchange process. They'll email you either a UPS or USPS label for free exchange shipping.

Once we have confirmed the exchange, you will receive an email (within 24 hours) with the either a UPS or USPS return label attached. Just print out the label and tape it to your return box. Please send your exchange back to us in the original shipping box with any original packaging and include the exchange form that came with your package. If you didn't receive one, you can download an exchange form now. (pdf, 212 KB)

Take the package to your local Post Office (if sending the package back through the Post Office), UPS store or nearest UPS drop-off. If you need to find the most convenient UPS location, please call 1-800-742-5877 or visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff. We will process your exchange within one week of the date we receive your package. If you use our label, all UPS shipping charges will be billed to us. If yo ship the package back to us without using our label, we recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation.
To expedite the processing of your exchange, please be sure to include a completed exchange form. Returning items without this form may delay your exchange.
UPS will email you a link to your UPS return label so you can track the progress. Look for "UPS Label Delivery" in the subject line. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please check your email filters. If you still do not receive your label, let us know and we'll be happy to send you one via postal mail.
Exchanging Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes location:
You can exchange the new and unworn shoes or merchandise at the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you. Just bring in the shoes or merchandise and the receipt to any Rogan's Shoes location. You can always log back into your account and print any of your orders by going to the My Account page and clicking on the order number. We will find the style or size that is needed to fulfill your exchange request and we will send them to you at our expense. If the new exchanged item is lower in price than the original item, we will credit your credit card for the difference in price between the two items. If the new exchanged item is higher in price than the original item, your charge card will be charged for the difference in price between the two items.
