Rogan's Refund Policy


If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 365 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in new condition and sent in the original shipping box and packaging. Refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid— sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.  Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.

Steps to get a Refund:
As our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, you can return your order for a refund within 365 days of your purchase as long as the item is in new condition with the original box and packaging.

To make an online return call our toll free number, 1-800-976-4267 to have a pre-paid return shipping label emailed to you. Please note: $6.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your pre-paid return shipping label.

Take your package to your local post office, local UPS store, or nearest UPS drop-off. If you are returning your merchandise for refund, you are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. We cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges. We will credit your account within one week from the date we receive your package.  Please note: you may not see the credit on your account immediately. Most banks take up to one week to transfer funds on a credit.

It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

Returning Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes location:
You can return the new and unworn shoes or merchandise at the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you.
