Refunds & Exchanges


Any new and unworn shoes or merchandise you purchased ONLINE from us may be returned to us in new and unworn condition in the original box and packaging for either an exchange or refund within 365 days after receiving the shoes or merchandise. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund or exchange for returning worn shoes or merchandise to us.

Refund Policy For ONLINE Purchases:  

Shipping Shoes Or Merchandise Back To Rogan's Shoes:
Ship the shoes or merchandise back to us in the original box and packaging with a note explaining why they are being returned and that you wish to receive a refund.  The return address is included with your purchase to put on the box.  If you did not receive or misplaced the return address, it is located below for your convenience. You will be responsible for paying to ship the shoes or merchandise back to us.

Please allow 2 weeks from the day you send your package back to us for your return to be credited and shown on your credit card statement. 

Returning Shoes Or Merchandise To A Rogan's Shoes Location:
You can return the new and unworn shoes or merchandise to the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you within 30 days. Just bring in the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging and the receipt to any Rogan's Shoes location.  To see what locations are closest to you, click here to use our Store Locator.

Note: We will not refund the cost of shipping shoes or merchandise back to Rogan's Shoes for either a refund or exchange unless Rogan's Shoes made an error with your order or there is a defect in the shoes or merchandise that you received. In order to receive a refund of the cost of shipping an erroneous order or defective shoes or merchandise back to Rogan's Shoes, the shoes or merchandise must be returned through normal (not expedited) shipping options such as priority mail or UPS Ground. The cost of overnight and 2nd day shipping will not be refunded.

Ship the new and unworn shoes or merchandise back to us in the original box and packaging with a note explaining what size or style that you would like to receive in exchange for the shoes or merchandise that you returned to us.  If you did not receive or misplaced the return address, it is located below for your convenience.  You will be responsible to pay for shipping the shoes or merchandise back to us.

Exchanging Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes location:
You can exchange the new and unworn shoes or merchandise at the Rogan's Shoes location nearest you within 30 days. Just bring in the shoes or merchandise in the original packaging and the receipt to any Rogan's Shoes location.  You can always log back into your account and print any of your orders by going to the My Account page and clicking on the order number.  To see what locations are closest to you, click here to use our Store Locator.

We will find the style or size that is needed to fulfill your exchange request and we will send them to you at our expense.  If the new exchanged item is lower in price than the original item, we will credit your credit card for the difference in price between the two items.  If the new exchanged item is higher in price than the original item, your charge card will be charged for the difference in price between the two items.
