I used the paramounts mainly for running. I really liked the arch support that they had in them. They feel great from the moment you first put them on. They make running a lot more enjoyable. The only potential downside is that they are cold in the winter because of all the mesh. They have a lot of cushioning and support and are worth the money you pay for them.
